At Bask and Lather Co, we want you to love your hair and skin results; however, due to the nature of our natural beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship Item Back
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our fulfillment center address provided by our customer service team.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
